1. Eligibility for Submission

• Independent scholars with verifiable academic affiliation

Student submissions must have prior approval from the supervisor or authorised institutional authority.

2. Types of Content Accepted

The repository accepts the following categories of scholarly work:

• Dissertations and Theses
• Project and Internship Reports
• Conference Papers and Proceedings
• Research Datasets
• Research and Technical Reports
• Educational and Teaching Resources

The content must fall within the scope of academia or scholarship.

3. Submission Process

To submit an item:

2. Fill in the required basic data
3. Select the appropriate community and collection.
4. Complete the submission form with required metadata.
5. Upload the full-text file and any supplementary materials.
6. Upload and confirm the author declaration and copyright agreement.
7. Submit the item for administrative review.

Submissions are not archived automatically. All items undergo administrative review before final approval.

4. Required Metadata Information

Authors must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Title of the Work
• Author Name(s)
• Institutional Affiliation
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Content Type
• Supervisor Name (for student submissions, where applicable)

Incomplete or inaccurate metadata may delay the review process.

5. File Format Requirements

The repository currently accepts the following file formats:

• DOC / DOCX (Full text file)
• PDF (for declaration and copyright forms)
• CSV/ XLSX (Data sets)

Multiple files may be uploaded when necessary (e.g., dataset files, supplementary material).

 

6. Author Responsibilities

By submitting content to Jnanasetu repository, the author confirms that:

• The submission does not violate copyright, confidentiality, or legal restrictions.

The author bears full responsibility for the submitted content.

7. Review and Publication

All submissions undergo administrative review to ensure compliance with repository policies. The repository does not conduct peer review unless otherwise specified.

The repository reserves the right to request corrections, return submissions for modification, or reject submissions that do not meet policy requirements.
